Factual- white

Emotional- red

Logical positive- yellow

Logical negative- black

Creative- green

Management/Timeout- blue

This is based on Edward De Bono’s six thinking  hats .  Without overthinking it, everyone has a tendency in a meeting to be the voice of doom, or the creative force not based in reality. Most people have a default type.  This is a simple way to get your team to consider the challenge from a different perspective. It works!
