Chris and the team at Moreno Marketing were instrumental in the launch of our flagship site at Wandsworth and helped make this the leisure success story of the year. To bring a totally new concept to London with a minimal budget, and still have the impact it did is incredible. Chris coached our in-house marketing team for 18 months and helped reshaped the brand, team and strategy, his insights were invaluable.   • Gravity is a private-equity-backed active entertainment company striving to push the boundaries of leisure entertainment in the UK.
  • It has been operating since 2014 and now has 16 existing sites with plans to open another scalable park in Liverpool.
The Challenge
  • Open Gravity’s largest park to date in Wandsworth and create the right marketing strategy and brand launch to drive traction and growth.
  • Support the existing Director of Marketing in developing a groundbreaking marketing campaign.
Goals
  • The goal was to develop an investment-led marketing strategy to scale up the business while disrupting the high street and bringing a new format Gravity site to life.
The Approach
  • We created a content marketing and PR-led marketing plan to drive conversion and customer interest.
  • The marketing plan included: influencer marketing, word of mouth and a B2B communications plan

  • An influencer YouTube video that reached over 15 million views (one of the most watched YouTube videos on an entertainment venue)!
  • Gravity Wandsworth has become a must-visit destination in London.
